This IDIQ allows for the provision of all technical assistance and engineering consulting services which implement USAID’s activities to support Power Africa.

Project Description
Power Africa focuses on completing individual power sector transactions quickly and cost-effectively by attracting private investment and helping countries make critical power sector reforms. Partnership is the heart of Power Africa’s strategy, which aims to achieve its goals by leveraging the collective resources of three different types of organizations: (i) Development and strategic partners, including multilateral finance institutions, bilateral aid agencies, and government agencies that provide direct support for power sector transactions; (ii) more than 100 private sector partners including developers, project developers/sponsors, financiers, equipment suppliers, and industry associations (the “Private Sector Partners”); and, (iii) African governments that help create the enabling environment necessary for power sector transactions to move forward.
The services provided under this IDIQ Contract require expertise in project development, finance, legal, engineering, regulatory affairs, and utility operations, among others. Together with its partner Green Powered Technology LLC, TMG provides services in the following functional areas:
