Assessment and Development of Administrative Infrastructure for Foreign Contracts and Grants for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID)
TMG performed onsite financial systems reviews and provided related administrative technical assistance to support the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) grant, cooperative agreement, and contract awardees in foreign countries. Under this project we assessed the administrative capability of contract and grant awardees, and provided technical assistance in the areas of general project oversight, finance, procurement, personnel, and travel, as needed, based on the assessment. In addition to providing financial assessments we also provided staff training and development of tracking and reporting systems.
In addition, TMG organized and staffed international post-award training workshops, foreign institute-specific on-site administrative training and financial management activities, and US based meetings that focus on NIH foreign funding policies.
