Mid-term Performance Evaluation of Accountable Democratic Institutions Systems Strengthening (ADISS) Activity

Project Overview

Assess the progress of the ADISS activity and the performance of the implementing partner, the Ghana Integrity Initiative (GII) Consortium against the activity’s goal, benchmarks, outputs and outcomes.

Client: USAID/Ghana

Countries: Ghana

Region: West Africa

Project Description

TMG is conducting a third party mid-term performance evaluation of the Accountable Democratic Institutions and Systems Strengthening (ADISS) program to enable USAID/Ghana to determine how well the activity has performed, and the appropriateness and adequacy of its implementation strategies and methodologies. The findings will inform the continuous implementation of the ADISS activity, and will also inform future programming and project designs in the accountability and anti – corruption sector. The findings will be shared widely with Government of Ghana (GOG) and other civil society organizations engaged in fighting corruption and promoting accountability and transparency in government processes and service delivery, and other donors working on anti – corruption and transparency issues in the country.

Implementation
