To perform onsite international financial systems reviews and provide related administrative technical assistance that support the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) grant, cooperative agreement, and contact awardees.
TMG provides support services, as well as monitoring and evaluation work in support of MCC’s Department of Policy and Evaluation (DPE) and the Department of Compact Operations (DCO).
TMG provides technical and advisory services for performance and impact evaluations, evaluation and performance monitoring capacity building, and performance monitoring activities, at the mission, bureau, and Agency-wide levels, through this IDIQ.
The goal of ABE ACR is to assist USAID Missions and Bureaus, in collaboration with governments, civil society, the private sector and other donors, to produce significant and reliably measured improvements in student reading outcomes for the largest possible number of children attending primary school.
Under this IQC, TMG implemented task orders and provided short-term quick-response advisory and technical assistance in the key areas of the education capacity building and literacy training for adults and out-of-school adolescents; early childhood development; strategic planning; performance monitoring and evaluation; curriculum development; teacher training; girls’ education and other gender issues; financial management; and related areas of human development.
As a subcontractor to Westat, TMG assisted in IDIQ Task Orders issued by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention.
TMG entered a Task Order Subcontract Agreement with Tetra Tech ES, Inc. for the provision of professional consulting and related services under this USAID issued IDIQ.
TMG was one of seven organizations to be a part of the AIDSTAR IQC, which provided technical assistance and implementation support across a broad range of technical assistance needs in HIV/AIDS prevention, care, and treatment.
