Project Description
TMG developed a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) plan for an initial pilot activity– the Community Learning Center in Vanga, Bandundu providence of the DRC; conducted studied on issues and concerns related to the education in the DRC; and developed a Monitoring and Evaluation plan for one additional pilot activity in Luozi, Bas-Congo providence of the DRC.
