TMG implemented a Support Services task order for Economic Growth, Environment and Agricultural Division (EGEA) for the AFR/SD Bureau.
In this capacity, TMG provided technical support in communications, outreach, and knowledge management. TMG led an internal task force with the Africa Bureau– in close collaboration with the front office and the CIO– to make knowledge management more intentional. TMG developed several innovative tools for mapping out the knowledge, attitudes, and practice (KAP) around knowledge management. Through dynamic facilitated sessions and graphic recording, TMG produced a KAP analysis for senior management at USAID and assisted in a strategic implement plan that included measurement standards for good knowledge management behavior.
