Continuation of Implementing Partners Reporting System (IPRS) and Maintenance of Equipment Projects

Project Overview
The Continuation of Implementing Partners Reporting System (IPRS) and Maintenance of Equipment Project was a four-month Purchase Order (PO) awarded by USAID/Tanzania to The Mitchell Group (TMG).
Client: USAID/Tanzania
Countries: Tanzania
Region: Africa
Project Description
TMG continued providing technical maintenance and administration of the IPRS development under the Tanzania Monitoring and Evaluation Management Services (TMEMS) Project, maintaining full functionality, data collection and access to USAID/ Tanzania and its implementing Partners (IPs) in Tanzania. TMG also transitioned the IPRS to the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Program (MELP) contractor and other beneficiaries by USAID/Tanzania. TMG completed this process by training individuals from 5 IPs on the general use of the IPRS, including data entry, review and verification, and generating and uploading reports in the IPRS; providing user and technical manuals for the IPRS and other Project equipment; and assisting the Mission to address the target gaps by following up with IPs to enter their targets. The terms of the PO also required TMG to provide IPRS support to the four Mission Teams and their IPs. These Mission Teams include: 1) the Natural Resource Management (NRM) Team, which implemented programs related to water supply sanitation, natural resource and biodiversity, and a clean and productive environment; 2) the Health Team, which covered the Presidential Malaria Initiative (PMI), maternal and child health, tuberculosis, family planning, and reproductive health; 3) the Education Team; and 4) the Democracy and Governance (DG) team.
