
Final Report of Market Access Trade and Enabling Policies (MATEP Investment Fund (MIF))
The Mitchell Group (TMG) and Newton Lungu & Associates (NLA) provided interim management for the USAID-financed MATEP Investment Fund (MIF).
The Mitchell Group (TMG) and Newton Lungu & Associates (NLA) provided interim management for the USAID-financed MATEP Investment Fund (MIF).
TMG undertook the NUWATER project evaluation to answer four key evaluation questions pertaining to project achievements and impact and to obtain lessons learned from the project to inform future USAID water services projects in Uganda.
TMG carried out the mid-term review of the NUMAT program to determine whether or not NUMAT was on track to achieve its objectives within the existing time frame and funding parameters, and to ascertain if any changes in program or management strategies were needed for the remaining two years of the project.
TMG conducted a meta-review of three UMEMS-supported evaluations (End of Project Evaluation of ACE 2009, Mid-term Evaluation of NUMAT 2009; and Mid-term Evaluation of UNITY 2008), with a view to to improving the quality of future evaluations activities.
TMG carried out the end-of-project evaluation by assessing SMD’s performance, specifically whether SMD achieved planned results.
As a subcontractor, TMG supported The Services Group in five objectives: 1) A More Competitive Southern African Economy; 2) Rural Livelihoods Diversified in Southern Africa; 3) Improved Electoral Competition in Southern Africa; 4) Improved Management of Selected River Basins; and 5) Maximize Value of RCSA Services and Programs.
TMG provided M&E core services to the three Mission Teams and their implementing partners (IPs) in two areas: 1) Economic Growth, which consisted of Agriculture and the Environment; and 2) Investing in People, which consisted of the Health and Education teams.
The Continuation of Implementing Partners Reporting System (IPRS) and Maintenance of Equipment Project was a four-month Purchase Order (PO) awarded by USAID/Tanzania to The Mitchell Group (TMG).
In response to the 2014-2015 Ebola Outbreak, TMG provided meeting and logistical services for the Health Systems Bureau and Health and Medicine Division Committee’s meetings in Liberia.
