To conduct a performance evaluation for the Cambodia Countering Trafficking-in-Persons (CTIP) activity, make recommendations to improve the performance of CTIP in the remaining period, and provide lessons learned to USAID/Cambodia in designing and managing CTIP programs.
Under this IQC, TMG implemented task orders and provided short-term quick-response advisory and technical assistance in the key areas of the education capacity building and literacy training for adults and out-of-school adolescents; early childhood development; strategic planning; performance monitoring and evaluation; curriculum development; teacher training; girls’ education and other gender issues; financial management; and related areas of human development.
The overall objective of EHELD was to build regionally recognized and competitive academic Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to produce graduates who become leading professionals and entrepreneurs in the fields of engineering and agriculture in Liberia.
Under this BOA, TMG supported USAID/Ghana’s USAID Partnership for Education: Monitoring and Evaluating Support Services program.
TMG was a subcontractor to C2 Technologies, Inc. for this IDIQ, furnishing the necessary personnel, materials, services, equipment and facilities, and all other items necessary to accomplish Task Order. The only task order issued was Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Support during Analysis and Course Design.
TMG provided technical assistance in the implementation of USAID/DRC’s education portfolio.
TMG completed this task order to procure technical assistance to collect baseline and end line data using an Early Grade Reading Assessment (EGRA) in English and the modified EGRA in ten local languages.
