To conduct a performance evaluation for the Cambodia Countering Trafficking-in-Persons (CTIP) activity, make recommendations to improve the performance of CTIP in the remaining period, and provide lessons learned to USAID/Cambodia in designing and managing CTIP programs.
Draft a complex project appraisal document (PAD) for an innovative project to counter violent extremism in the Sahel in a holistic manner, focusing on governance and economic opportunities in marginalized zones in the Sahel region.
TMG conducted the evaluation of the USAID/Ethiopia Accession Plus Project, which was designed to continue the pursuit of Ethiopia’s WTO accession while simultaneously promoting broad business environment reforms that would increase growth and economic development and enhance the benefits of WTO accession.
Under this IQC, TMG implemented task orders and provided short-term quick-response advisory and technical assistance in the key areas of the education capacity building and literacy training for adults and out-of-school adolescents; early childhood development; strategic planning; performance monitoring and evaluation; curriculum development; teacher training; girls’ education and other gender issues; financial management; and related areas of human development.
Conduct the performance evaluation of two USAID/Mali funded programs: SSGI and KJK to help determine what mid-course corrections are needed as well as inform the design of future projects.
In order to support the AFR/SD and EGAT/AG Office, TMG assisted in a wide range of services. TMG met with technical teams of these offices to ensure the effective implementation of activities, to monitor and verify results, and design and conduct M&E trainings. TMG also supported publication and dissemination efforts, information systems, quality assurance and control requirements, administrators, and general training through facilitating workshops and conferences.
