The USAID-funded Afghan Civil Service Support (ACSS) program was to enable the Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission (IARCSC) to build the capacity and reform the main service delivery ministries of the GIRoA both at the central and provincial levels. The program contributed to the achievement of the USAID/Afghanistan strategic objectives to build the capability of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA). Through strengthening the core administrative capacities of public sector institutions to implement the Afghanistan National Development Strategy (ANDS) and by building the capabilities of GIRoA capacity building institutions, the IARCSC, was assisted in establishing itself as the preeminent instrument of the GIRoA in delivering capacity development programs required throughout the civil service work force within the governmental structure.


USAID/India -  Evaluation of USAID/India and USAID/DCHA's humanitarian response and rehabilitation program for an earthquake in the state of Gujarat that affected 15.7 million individuals and caused $450 million in infrastructure losses.    

Europe & Eurasia

The USAID/Kosovo Cluster Business Support Program had a significant positive impact on economic growth, capacity development and job creation in Kosovo. The program aimed to achieve “Accelerated Private Sector Growth” by increasing sales and employment, reducing reliance on imports and promoting increased competitiveness.

The Impact Evaluations of the Community Revitalization through Democratic Action Program (CRDA), Serbia Local Government Reform Program (SLGRP) and Serbia Enterprise Development Project (SEDP) in Serbia was to provide USAID/Serbia with an objective external economic impact assessment of these three programs to apply to USAID’s future economic growth programs.

Latin America and the Caribbean

In the Dominican Republic, TMG conducted a management survey of support functions and determined how much annual funding would be needed to phase in self-supporting GSO-type operations as required by USAID.

Middle East

In Jordan, TMG works with AECOM to provide technical assistance to strengthen economic capacity, develop local businesses and improve the well-being of local citizens.
