Assessment and Development of Administrative Infrastructure for Foreign Contracts and Grants for the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID)  

TMG performs onsite financial systems reviews and provides related administrative technical assistance to support the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) grant, cooperative agreement, and contract awardees in foreign countries.  Under this project we assess the administrative capability of contract and grant awardees, and provide technical assistance in the areas of general project oversight, finance, procurement, personnel, and travel, as needed, based on the assessment. In addition to providing financial assessments we also provide staff training and development of tracking and reporting systems.

In addition, TMG organizes and staffs international post-award training workshops, foreign institute-specific on-site administrative training and financial management activities, and US-based meetings that focus on NIH foreign funding policies.
